How to Automate BambooHR Recruitment & Onboarding with Gravity Forms

Attracting top tier talent requires a seamless application experience. However, when career portals force HR teams to manually download resumes from email notifications and retype candidate details into BambooHR, hiring velocity grinds to a halt.

By connecting Gravity Forms to BambooHR, you can automate your recruitment pipeline, route candidate resumes instantly into your ATS, and accelerate employee onboarding without paying expensive middleware subscriptions.

Why Direct Gravity Forms to BambooHR Integration Matters

Human resources data is sensitive. Passing candidate resumes, salary histories, and contact records through third-party automation tools introduces unnecessary security risks and recurring fees:

• Direct API Security: Candidate information travels directly from your WordPress server to BambooHR’s encrypted API.
• Zero Per-Applicant Fees: High-volume hiring campaigns won’t push you into higher Zapier pricing tiers.
• Automated Resume Uploads: PDF and DOCX attachments are automatically filed under the applicant’s BambooHR profile.

Step-by-Step Setup Guide
