How to Automatically Create Basecamp To-dos and Messages from Gravity Forms

Effective project management hinges on quick triage of incoming client requests, change orders, and team tasks. When client inquiries submitted through Gravity Forms are automatically converted into actionable Basecamp To-dos or posted to project Message Boards, your project managers stay in their workflow without copying and pasting form data.

Step 1: Connect Your Basecamp Account

1. Go to Forms → Settings → Basecamp in your WordPress dashboard.
2. Click Connect with Basecamp to start the secure OAuth connection.
3. Log in with your Basecamp account and authorize the integration.
4. Select your Basecamp Account ID and save settings.

Step 2: Create a Form Feed & Select Target Project

Open your project request form and navigate to Settings → Basecamp:
