Configuring Calculations & Logic

Step 1: Using Rating Values in Formulas

Add a Number field or Calculation field to your form. In the formula box, reference your star rating merge tags directly: ({Service:1} + {Product:2} + {Support:3}) / 3.

Step 2: Triggering Conditional Logic

On any follow-up field or submit button, enable Conditional Logic: set condition to Show this field if [Star Rating] is less than [3].
