The Elementor Form + Omnisend Integration Premium Add-on connects your Elementor Pro Form widget directly to Omnisend’s marketing automation platform. Step 1: Installing the Plugin & Activating Your License

After purchasing the add-on from GravityExtra, download the installable ZIP file from your account dashboard. In your WordPress admin panel, navigate to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, select the ZIP file, and click Activate Plugin.

Next, navigate to Settings → Elementor + Omnisend in your WordPress dashboard. Enter your GravityExtra License Key and click Activate License. Once validated, your license status will display a green active badge, unlocking automatic one-click plugin updates directly within WordPress.

Step 2: Authenticating with Omnisend API v3

To generate an Omnisend API key:

1. Log into your Omnisend Dashboard.
2. Navigate to Store Settings → API Keys.
3. Click Create API Key, assign a recognizable name (e.g. Elementor Pro Form Integration), and set permissions to allow contact management.
4. Copy the generated API Key and return to WordPress.
5. Paste the key into the Omnisend API Key field in Settings → Elementor + Omnisend and click Save Settings & Test Connection.

The integration performs a real-time verification handshake against Omnisend’s v3 Contacts endpoint. When successful, a green confirmation message confirms that your store is actively connected.

Step 3: Configuring the Form Action & Field Mapping

Open any page containing an Elementor Pro Form widget inside the Elementor Editor:

1. Click on the Form widget to open its settings in the left panel.
2. In the Content tab, expand the Actions After Submit section and select Omnisend.
3. An Omnisend Settings section will appear immediately below in the panel.

Omnisend requires phone numbers for SMS marketing channels to adhere strictly to international E.164 formatting (e.g. +14155552671 for US, +447911123456 for UK). Numbers submitted without an international country code will be rejected by the Omnisend SMS channel API.

Our integration automatically normalizes input data by removing extraneous brackets, hyphens, and whitespace while strictly preserving the leading + country code symbol. For the best user experience and 100% phone accuracy, ensure your Elementor form includes country code instructions or an international telephone dropdown mask.

Unlike legacy platforms that rely on separate email lists, Omnisend uses a unified contact database segmented dynamically through Tags. When configuring your Elementor Form, inputting tags such as website-lead, quote-request provides immediate targeting capability:
