Do you use Gravity Forms and want your form submissions to flow directly into CompanyHub CRM?

This add-on makes it simple. It automatically syncs your data, so capturing leads and managing contacts is faster and easier.

How to use the Add-on

1. Install and Activate

• Install the plugin and activate it.
• Log in to your CompanyHub account, create a new API key, and copy your Subdomain

2. Connect to CompanyHub

• Go to the plugin settings
• Enter your Subdomain and API Key, then click Save Settings

3. Configure the Form

• Set up fields similar to the fields of the modules on the CompanyHub system: Contact, Task, Company, Deal

4. Setup Feed setting

a. Feed Name: Enter a name for your feed

b. Select module: Choose the module that suits your needs

c. Mapping field: Set up the fields corresponding to your module

Example: module contact

d. Custom Field: Map the corresponding custom fields to the custom fields on the system corresponding to your module

e. Conditional Logic: Use conditional logic to control when each feed triggers based on user input

5. Create Multiple Feeds to send Gravity Forms submissions to CompanyHub CRM, just click ‘Add New’ to create more feeds
