Pillar 2: Creating a Webhook in Microsoft Teams

Setting up your webhook endpoint takes less than two minutes:

1. Open Microsoft Teams and navigate to the channel where notifications should appear.
2. Click the channel options menu (three dots ...) and select Connectors (or Workflows in newer Teams versions).
3. Locate Incoming Webhook, click Configure, name the webhook (e.g., Gravity Forms Alerts), and click Create.
4. Copy the generated Webhook URL to your clipboard.

Pillar 3: Configuring the Teams Feed

To start sending form entries to Teams:

• In WordPress, navigate to Forms and choose your form.
• Go to Settings → Teams and click Add New.
• Paste the Webhook URL copied from Microsoft Teams.
• Set the Card Title and Summary using text and Gravity Forms merge tags.
