How to Connect Acuity Scheduling with the Gravity Forms add-on:

1. Log in to Acuity Scheduling.

2. Go to Integrations → API and note your User ID and API Key.

3. In your WordPress Admin, go to Forms → Settings → Acuity Scheduling.

4. Enter the User ID and API Key.

5. Click Save Settings.

How to Create an Appointment:

1. Go to Forms → [Your Form] → Settings → Acuity Scheduling.

2. Click Add New, enter a Feed Name.

3. Enter the Appointment Type ID.

4. Map First Name, Last Name, Email, and Date/Time fields.

5. Click Save Settings.

How to use Conditional Logic:

Check Enable Condition to control when the Acuity booking triggers.

Note: Before Setting Feed, disable No Conflict Mode via Forms → Settings.
