How to Connect Akismet with the Gravity Forms add-on:

1. Go to akismet.com and sign up for an account.

2. Copy your API Key from your Akismet account dashboard.

3. In your WordPress Admin, go to Forms → Settings → Akismet.

4. Paste your API Key.

5. Click Save Settings.

How to Enable Spam Filtering on a Form:

1. Go to Forms → [Your Form] → Settings → Akismet.

2. Click Add New to create a new feed.

3. Enter a Feed Name.

4. Map the following fields:
– Content/Message Field (required) — the main text field to check for spam
– Email Field — the submitter’s email
– Name Field — the submitter’s name

5. (Optional) Check Block Spam to prevent spam submissions from being saved entirely.

6. Click Save Settings.

How to use Conditional Logic:

In the feed settings, check the Enable Condition checkbox to add conditional logic. This allows you to control when the Akismet spam check is triggered based on form field values.

Note: Before Setting Feed, the user should disable ‘No Conflict Mode’ by navigating to Forms → Settings → Disable No Conflict Mode.
