How to Connect BambooHR with the Gravity Forms add-on:

1. Log in to BambooHR.
2. Go to your profile icon → API Keys and generate a new key.
3. Note your Subdomain (e.g., yourcompany.bamboohr.com).
4. In WordPress Admin, go to Forms → Settings → BambooHR.
5. Enter the API Key and Subdomain.
 

 
6. Click Save Settings.

How to Add an Employee:

1. Go to Forms → [Your Form] → Settings → BambooHR.
2. Click Add New, enter a Feed Name.
3. Map: First Name, Last Name, Work Email, Phone.
4. Enter Department and map Job Title.
 

 
5. Click Save Settings.

How to use Conditional Logic:

Check Enable Condition to control when the BambooHR action triggers.
Note: Before Setting Feed, the user should disable ‘No Conflict Mode’ by navigating to Forms → Settings → Disable No Conflict Mode.
