How to Connect Onfido with the Gravity Forms add-on:

1. Log in to your Onfido Dashboard.

2. Go to Developers → Tokens and generate a Live API Token.

3. In your WordPress Admin, go to Forms → Settings → Onfido.

4. Paste your API Token.

5. Click Save Settings.

How to Create an Identity Verification Check:

1. Go to Forms → [Your Form] → Settings → Onfido.

2. Click Add New to create a new feed.

3. Enter a Feed Name.

4. Map the First Name Field and Last Name Field to your form’s name fields.

5. Click Save Settings. When a form is submitted, the add-on will create an Onfido applicant and initiate an identity verification check.

How to use Conditional Logic:

In the feed settings, check the Enable Condition checkbox to add conditional logic. This allows you to control when the Onfido verification is triggered based on form field values.

Note: Before Setting Feed, the user should disable ‘No Conflict Mode’ by navigating to Forms → Settings → Disable No Conflict Mode.
