How to Connect Rippling with the Gravity Forms add-on:

1. Log in to Rippling.
2. Go to Settings → API and generate an API Token.
3. In WordPress Admin, go to Forms → Settings → Rippling.
4. Paste your API Token.
 

 
5. Click Save Settings.

How to Add an Employee:

1. Go to Forms → [Your Form] → Settings → Rippling.
2. Click Add New, enter a Feed Name.
3. Map: Work Email, First Name, Last Name, Department, Role/Title.
 

 
4. Click Save Settings.

How to use Conditional Logic:

Check Enable Condition to control when the Rippling action triggers.
Note: Before Setting Feed, the user should disable ‘No Conflict Mode’ by navigating to Forms → Settings → Disable No Conflict Mode.
