How to Connect SAP Business One with the Gravity Forms add-on:

1. Ensure your SAP Business One system has the Service Layer enabled.

2. Note your Service Layer URL (e.g., https://your-server:50000/b1s/v1).

3. In your WordPress Admin, go to Forms → Settings → SAP Business One.

4. Enter the Service Layer URL, Company Database, Username, and Password.

5. Click Save Settings.

How to Create a Business Partner:

1. Go to Forms → [Your Form] → Settings → SAP Business One.

2. Click Add New to create a new feed.

3. Enter a Feed Name and select Action: Create Business Partner.

4. Map the following fields:
– Business Partner Name → form name field
– Email → form email field
– Phone → form phone field

5. Use Custom Properties for additional SAP fields.

6. Click Save Settings.

How to Create a Sales Order:

1. Create a new feed and select Action: Create Sales Order.

2. Map the relevant fields and use Custom Properties for order details.

3. Click Save Settings.

How to use Conditional Logic:

In the feed settings, check the Enable Condition checkbox to add conditional logic. This allows you to control when the SAP action is triggered based on form field values.

Note: Before Setting Feed, the user should disable ‘No Conflict Mode’ by navigating to Forms → Settings → Disable No Conflict Mode.
