How to Connect Vercel account with the Gravity Forms add-on:

1. In your Vercel dashboard, go to Account Settings → Tokens (or visit vercel.com/account/tokens)

2. Click Create Token, give it a descriptive name (e.g., “Gravity Forms Integration”), and select the appropriate scope.

3. Copy the generated token.

4. In your WordPress Admin, go to Forms → Settings → Vercel

5. Paste your Vercel API Token into the API Token field.

6. (Optional) If you are using Vercel Teams, enter your Team ID. You can find this in your Vercel Team settings.

7. Click Save Settings to complete the connection.

How to Trigger a Deployment:

1. Go to Forms → [Your Form] → Settings → Vercel

2. Click Add New to create a new feed.

3. Enter a Feed Name (e.g., “Deploy on submission”).

4. Select the Action: Trigger Deployment (Redeploy)

5. Enter your Project Name or ID from Vercel. You can use merge tags to make this dynamic.

6. Set the Git Ref (branch or tag to deploy from). Default is main.

7. Click Save Settings.

How to Create an Environment Variable:

1. Create a new feed and select the Action: Create Environment Variable

2. Enter the Env Variable Key (e.g., “API_KEY”). This field supports merge tags.

3. Map the Env Variable Value to a form field using the dropdown.

4. Select the Target environment: Production, Preview, or Development.

5. Click Save Settings.

How to use Conditional Logic:

In the feed settings, check the Enable Condition checkbox to add conditional logic. This allows you to control when the Vercel action is triggered based on form field values.

Note: Before Setting Feed, the user should disable ‘No Conflict Mode’ by navigating to Forms → Settings → Disable No Conflict Mode.
