How to Connect Workday with the Gravity Forms add-on:

1. Log in to your Workday tenant as an administrator.

2. Navigate to Register API Client task in Workday and register a new API client.

3. Copy your Client ID and Client Secret.

4. Generate a Refresh Token by authorizing your API client.

5. Note your Tenant URL (e.g., https://wd5-services1.myworkday.com/ccx/api/v1/your_tenant).

6. In your WordPress Admin, go to Forms → Settings → Workday.

7. Enter the Tenant URL, Client ID, Client Secret, and Refresh Token.

8. Click Save Settings to complete the connection.

How to Create a Worker Record:

1. Go to Forms → [Your Form] → Settings → Workday.

2. Click Add New to create a new feed.

3. Enter a Feed Name.

4. Select the Action: Create Worker Record.

5. Map the following fields:
– Worker Name → your form’s name field
– Worker Email → your form’s email field

6. Use Custom Fields mapping for any additional Workday fields (e.g., department, job title).

7. Click Save Settings.

How to Submit a Time Off Request:

1. Create a new feed and select the Action: Submit Time Off Request.

2. Map the relevant form fields using Custom Fields mapping (e.g., start_date, end_date, time_off_type).

3. Click Save Settings.

How to use Conditional Logic:

In the feed settings, check the Enable Condition checkbox to add conditional logic. This allows you to control when the Workday action is triggered based on form field values.

Note: Before Setting Feed, the user should disable ‘No Conflict Mode’ by navigating to Forms → Settings → Disable No Conflict Mode.
