The LearnDash B2B Group Portal & Bulk Seat Manager Add-on unlocks enterprise corporate training capabilities for LearnDash LMS. It replaces the clunky WordPress admin panel with a front-end portal for corporate managers to bulk-enroll employees, manage seat limits, and track company-wide course completion.

• Bulk CSV Enroller: Corporate leaders can upload spreadsheets containing hundreds of employee names and emails with one click.

• Reassignable Licenses: Revoke seats from former employees and reassign them to new hires instantly.

Step-by-Step Configuration Guide:

Step 1: Install & Activate

1. In WordPress Admin, navigate to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin.
2. Upload learndash-b2b-groups-addon-v-1.0.0.zip and click Activate.

Step 2: Create the Corporate Front-End Portal Page

1. Go to Pages > Add New.
2. Title the page Corporate Training Portal (or Group Dashboard).
3. In the page editor, insert:

4. Publish the page.

Step 3: Connect Portal in Plugin Settings

1. Go to LearnDash LMS > B2B Groups.
2. Under Frontend Portal Page, select the page you created in Step 2.
3. Set the Default Group Seats (e.g., 25).
4. Click Save Changes.

Step 4: Managing Groups & Inviting Team Members

1. Assign your corporate client as the Group Leader of their respective LearnDash Group.
2. When they log into your site and visit the Corporate Training Portal, they see real-time statistics: Total Seats, Allocated Seats, and Remaining Seats.
3. They can invite employees individually or upload a CSV file with columns: First Name, Last Name, Email.
