How can we help you?

Ensuring accurate shipping addresses and location data is essential for e-commerce checkouts, courier logistics, and regional directories. The Gravity Forms Auto Populate Country/State/City/Ward Dropdown Addon brings seamless 4-tier hierarchical cascading dropdowns to your WordPress forms with zero manual data entry.

Why 4-Tier Cascading Eliminates Address Errors

• Pre-Populated Global Database: Comes pre-loaded with comprehensive geographical data covering countries, states, provinces, cities, districts, and wards worldwide.
• Sub-30ms Dynamic AJAX: When a user selects a Country, the State dropdown instantly updates; selecting a State loads matching Cities, and selecting a City loads localized Wards.
• Drastically Reduces Delivery Failures: Replaces error-prone freeform text inputs with validated geographic dropdowns.

Step-by-Step Setup Guide

Step 1: Add the Cascading Address Field

In the Gravity Form editor, drag the Auto Populate Address field into your form canvas.

Step 2: Choose Enabled Levels

Under Field Settings, check which geographical levels you wish to enable: Country, State/Province, City/District, and Ward/Commune.
