How can we help you?

Transferring client documents, resume uploads, proof of payment receipts, and high-resolution images directly from Gravity Forms submissions to Microsoft OneDrive ensures secure enterprise file management. With the Gravity Forms OneDrive Integration Premium Add-on, all file uploads automatically stream directly to your OneDrive Personal or OneDrive for Business account.

Why Choose Direct OneDrive File Sync

• Direct Microsoft Graph API: Native chunked upload streaming transfers multi-gigabyte video, zip, and PDF files reliably without server timeouts.
• Save Web Hosting Disk Space: Automatically delete local WordPress upload files once successfully synced to your cloud drive.
• Zero Recurring Middleware Costs: Avoid per-upload task billing models on third-party middleware platforms.

Step-by-Step Setup Guide

Step 1: Authenticate Microsoft Account

Navigate to Forms → Settings → OneDrive and click Connect with Microsoft OneDrive to approve Graph API permissions.

Step 2: Create a Form Feed

In your form settings, create a OneDrive feed and map your target file upload fields to your designated destination folder.
