Getting Started with WPForms + Microsoft SQL Server

Enterprise Microsoft SQL Server table record creation and sync.

Installation & Setup

  1. Install and activate the WPForms plugin.
  2. Upload and activate the WPForms + Microsoft SQL Server Integration add-on.
  3. Go to WPForms → Microsoft SQL Server Settings and enter your license key.
  4. Configure your Microsoft SQL Server API credentials and save settings.
  5. Open your form in the WPForms Form Builder, navigate to Settings → Microsoft SQL Server, and enable the integration feed.
