For course creators, schools, tutors, training providers and the agencies that build their sites

Enrolment and student forms, built on Gravity Forms

Enquiry forms that add the family in Teachworks, enrolment in a LearnDash course, graded quizzes, event seats with a waiting list, signed agreements, tutoring bookings and a student portal on your own website. Get all 12 add-ons with the Education Suite, or with an All-Access pass.

From first enquiry to student portal

Each step is a Gravity Forms add-on you configure in wp-admin. Use the steps your school or course needs.

  1. 1

    Enquiry or enrolment form

Your Gravity Forms form collects the details, assignment files of any size and a recorded consent to your terms.

Large File Uploads · Upload Tools Pack · Consent Records

  2. 2

    Confirm the email address

The person confirms their email address through a link. Notifications and add-on feeds, such as the Teachworks feed, can wait until then.

    Double Opt-In

  3. 3

Into your tutoring or course software

Each entry can create a family or an independent student in Teachworks, with your field mapping, or add the enquiry to an existing customer. It can also create a WordPress user and enrol them in a LearnDash course.

    Teachworks · LearnDash

  4. 4

    Seats, sessions and bookings

Students register for an event with a seat limit and a waiting list, repeat a weekly session automatically, or book a tutor with a service, staff member and location.

Event Registration · Recurring Submissions · GF Booking

  5. 5

    Quizzes, agreements and certificates

Graded quizzes show the score, the pass mark and feedback. A branded PDF, such as an enrolment agreement, can be sent for signature with DocuSign or Dropbox Sign.

    Survey, Quiz & Poll Tools · PDF & E-Signature

  6. 6

    Student portal

Students log in to see their own submissions, update details through a secure link and download their PDFs.

Your data

Your forms and entries stay on your own website

The add-ons run inside your own WordPress site. Form entries are stored in your own database and are sent only to the services you connect yourself. Which rules apply to your school or course business, and whether your setup meets them, is your responsibility.

  • No entries pass through GravityExtra. Licence and update checks send only your licence key, your site address and your WordPress and PHP versions.
  • Direct connections. Teachworks, DocuSign, Dropbox Sign and Google Calendar are called from your site with your own account and credentials. Each of them receives the data you send it, such as the parent and student details in an enquiry.
  • Protected documents. PDFs are stored in a protected folder on your site and shared through signed links that expire. Large uploads go straight to your own storage bucket.
  • Proof of consent. Consent Records keeps the exact wording each person agreed to and lets you store the IP address in full, shortened or not at all. Double Opt-In records when the email was confirmed.
  • Students see only their own entries. The portal can limit each view to the logged-in student's own entries, with edit rights for the owner or chosen roles.
  • Your responsibility. GravityExtra does not certify your website, hosting or connected services against any student-privacy or data-protection rule. You stay responsible for your own compliance and policies, so check what applies to you with your own adviser.

8 ready-made forms, included

Import a form, check the wording, switch on the connections you use. Every Education Suite plan includes the template pack as a download in My Account, at no extra cost.

Questions

Which learning or tutoring platforms are supported?
Teachworks: each entry can create a family or an independent student, with the parent and child details mapped from your form, or add the enquiry to the notes of an existing customer. Use your own Teachworks API token. LearnDash: each entry can enrol the person in a LearnDash course on your own site and, if their email has no account yet, create the WordPress user first. Hosted course platforms such as Teachable, Kajabi and Thinkific are not part of the Education Suite.
What do I need from the other services?
Teachworks: an API token from your Teachworks settings. LearnDash: the LearnDash plugin on the same WordPress site. E-signature: your own DocuSign or Dropbox Sign account. Large uploads: your own S3-compatible storage bucket. Event Registration needs The Events Calendar plugin. Google Calendar sync for bookings is optional and uses your own Google credentials.
Education Suite or All-Access: which should I choose?
The Education Suite includes the 12 add-ons on this page and costs less: 1 site, 5 sites or 10 sites. The All-Access pass includes the same 12 plus every other GravityExtra Gravity Forms add-on, new add-ons as they launch, the GravityExtra Hub and the All-Access Library, on 10 sites or unlimited sites. One site is one WordPress website (domain).
How do I install the Education Suite add-ons?
After your purchase, the 12 add-ons are in My Account under Downloads, and your licence key is under License Keys. Upload the add-ons you need to WordPress and enter the same key in each add-on that asks for one. While your plan is active, new versions are in My Account under Downloads, and add-ons with the GravityExtra updater also update from your WordPress dashboard.
Does the Education Suite make my website compliant?
No. The add-ons are tools for your Gravity Forms forms. They run on your own WordPress site and your entries are stored in your own database, but GravityExtra does not certify the add-ons, your hosting or the services you connect against any student-privacy or data-protection rule. You are responsible for your own compliance, including hosting, staff access, connected services and policies. Ask your own adviser what applies to you.
How do renewals work?
Plans are billed once a year and renew automatically, so updates and support continue without a gap. You can cancel any time from your My Account page. Without a renewal, updates and support stop at the end of your paid year.
I already own one of these add-ons. What happens to it?
Nothing changes: your existing licence keeps working. Contact us if you have questions about moving to the Education Suite or an All-Access pass.
What is your refund policy?
If an add-on has an error caused by the add-on itself within 30 days of purchase, we refund you in full. Refunds do not cover problems caused by third-party plugins, themes or custom code. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.
Do I need Gravity Forms?
Yes. The add-ons add features to Gravity Forms, which is licensed separately. Several add-ons need Gravity Forms 2.9 or later and PHP 7.4 or later.
