CONNECT ACUITY SCHEDULING WITH GRAVITY FORMS

The Acuity Scheduling Add-On for Gravity Forms lets you register attendees and schedule appointments whenever a form is submitted on your WordPress site.

Form submission data is automatically sent to Acuity Scheduling through their API. Configure your integration once and let it run automatically on every submission.

After installing, navigate to your form’s Settings tab and select Acuity Scheduling. Enter your User ID and API Key to authenticate. Then create a feed to define how form fields map to Acuity Scheduling data.
