The Bamboohr Add-On for Gravity Forms lets you create candidates, employees, and job applications whenever a form is submitted on your WordPress site.

Map any Gravity Forms field to Bamboohr fields for complete data synchronization. Configure your integration once and let it run automatically on every submission.

How does it work?

After installing, navigate to your form’s Settings tab and select Bamboohr. Enter your API Key and Subdomain to authenticate. Then create a feed to define how form fields map to Bamboohr data.

How do I enable this?

Install and activate the Gravity Forms BambooHR Integration Add-on on your WordPress website.

Navigate to Forms β†’ Settings β†’ BambooHR and enter your BambooHR Subdomain and API Key.

Open your job application or onboarding form, go to Settings β†’ BambooHR, and click 'Add New'.

Select your Action (Create Candidate or Create Employee) and map form fields to BambooHR fields.

Enable conditional logic if applicable, save the feed, and test a submission to verify applicant intake.
