CONNECT FRESHBOOKS WITH GRAVITY FORMS

The Freshbooks Add-On for Gravity Forms lets you create invoices, process payments, and sync financial data whenever a form is submitted on your WordPress site.

Map any Gravity Forms field to Freshbooks fields for complete data synchronization. Configure your integration once and let it run automatically on every submission.

How does it work?

After installing, navigate to your form’s Settings tab and select Freshbooks. Enter your Client ID and Client Secret to authenticate. Then create a feed to define how form fields map to Freshbooks data.

How do I enable this?

Install and activate the Gravity Forms FreshBooks Integration Add-on.

Navigate to Forms β†’ Settings β†’ FreshBooks and click "Connect with FreshBooks".

Authorize your FreshBooks business account via secure OAuth 2.0 prompt.

Edit your form and go to Settings β†’ FreshBooks to configure a new client/invoice feed.
