How do I enable this?

Install and activate the Gravity Forms Gorgias Integration Add-on on your WordPress site.

Navigate to Forms β†’ Settings β†’ Gorgias, enter your Gorgias Domain, Email, and API Key.

Open your customer support or return form, go to Settings β†’ Gorgias, and click 'Add New' to create a feed.

Map form fields to Gorgias Ticket fields (Subject, Message, Priority, Order ID, Tags).

Save your feed settings, submit a test ticket, and verify it appears in your Gorgias Helpdesk queue.
