CONNECT LEADDOCKET WITH GRAVITY FORMS

The Leaddocket Add-On for Gravity Forms lets you automatically create and update contacts whenever a form is submitted on your WordPress site.

Form submission data is automatically sent to Leaddocket through their API. Configure your integration once and let it run automatically on every submission.

How does it work?

After installing, navigate to your form’s Settings tab and select Leaddocket. Enter your Leaddocket API credentials to connect. Then create a feed to define how form fields map to Leaddocket data.

How do I enable this?

Install and activate the Gravity Forms LeadDocket Integration Add-on on your WordPress website.

Navigate to Forms → Settings → LeadDocket, enter your LeadDocket Subdomain and API Key.

Open your injury consultation or claim evaluation form, go to Settings → LeadDocket, and click 'Add New'.

Map form fields to LeadDocket fields (Lead Name, Phone, Email, Case Type, Accident Date, Marketing Source).

Save the feed, enable conditional logic if needed, and submit a test claim to verify intake.
