What does it do?

CONNECT PRACTICEPANTHER WITH GRAVITY FORMS

The Practicepanther Add-On for Gravity Forms lets you create matters, contacts, and manage case data whenever a form is submitted on your WordPress site.

Form submission data is automatically sent to Practicepanther through their API. Configure your integration once and let it run automatically on every submission.

How does it work?

After installing, navigate to your form’s Settings tab and select Practicepanther. Enter your Practicepanther API credentials to connect. Then create a feed to define how form fields map to Practicepanther data.

How do I enable this?

Install and activate the Gravity Forms PracticePanther Integration Add-on on your WordPress site.

Navigate to Forms β†’ Settings β†’ PracticePanther and authenticate your account credentials.

Open your legal intake form, navigate to Settings β†’ PracticePanther, and click 'Add New'.

Select your Action (Create Contact, Create Matter, or Both) and map form inputs to PracticePanther fields.

Save your feed settings, submit a test consultation request, and verify live matter creation.
