Gravity Forms
+ WooCommerce

The Gravity Forms WooCommerce Integration Add-on transforms WooCommerce into a flexible, customizable commerce powerhouse. Attach any complex Gravity Form directly to your WooCommerce products to collect personalized engravings, custom dimensions, user file attachments, and date bookings before checkout.

Dynamic Price Calculation from Form Inputs

Selling custom products that require dynamic pricing? Calculate product prices in real time based on user selections—such as square footage, material upgrades, express delivery options, or custom text character counts—and automatically update the WooCommerce product price.

Custom Order Metadata in Cart, Checkout & Admin

All user-submitted form data follows the order throughout the entire WooCommerce lifecycle. Customers can review their chosen options in the cart and checkout pages, while store administrators can view complete form inputs directly on the WooCommerce Edit Order screen.

Rich Form Field Versatility

Unlock all native Gravity Forms field types on your product pages—including multi-file uploads, date pickers, conditional fields, image choices, and address autocomplete—all seamlessly blended into your WooCommerce theme.
