    Your Gravity Forms request form collects the problem and the service address. Customers take photos with their phone camera, and larger files go straight to your own storage bucket.

Security and data

Your customer data stays on your website

The add-ons run inside your own WordPress site. Form entries are stored in your database and are sent only to the services you connect yourself.

  • No entries pass through GravityExtra. Licence and update checks send your licence key, your site address and version details, never form entries.
  • Direct connections. Housecall Pro, JobNimbus, Workiz and ClickSend are called from your site with your own account and credentials. Address checks go to the USPS, Smarty or Google service you choose.
  • Photos stay on your site. Photo Capture saves each photo on your site as a resized JPEG without location data, and deletes it with the entry. Large uploads go straight to your own storage bucket.
  • A status page that shows status only. Customers need the reference and the email address used on the form. The page never shows the form answers and locks out repeated wrong guesses.
  • Protected documents. PDFs are stored in a protected folder on your site and shared through signed links that expire.

Templates are starting points: they hold example wording, no real names or records, and are not legal, medical or financial advice. Connections to other services start switched off until you add your own keys.

Questions

Which field-service systems are supported?
Housecall Pro (customers), JobNimbus (contacts and jobs) and Workiz (leads). Each connection uses your own account with that service.
What do I need from each service?
Housecall Pro: an API key from your account (API access depends on your Housecall Pro plan). JobNimbus: an API token from Settings, API. Workiz: the paid Workiz Developer API add-on, which gives you the API token and secret. Text messages need a ClickSend account (username and API key). E-signature needs your own DocuSign or Dropbox Sign account. Address checks need an account with USPS, Smarty or Google.
Home Services Suite or All-Access: which should I choose?
The Home Services Suite includes the 11 add-ons on this page and costs less: 1 site, 5 sites or 10 sites. The All-Access pass includes the same 11 plus every other GravityExtra Gravity Forms add-on, new add-ons as they launch, the GravityExtra Hub and the All-Access Library, on 10 sites or unlimited sites. One site is one WordPress website (domain).
How do I install the Home Services Suite add-ons?
After your purchase, the 11 add-ons are in My Account under Downloads, and your licence key is under License Keys. Upload the add-ons you need to WordPress and enter the same key in each add-on that asks for one. While your plan is active, new versions are in My Account under Downloads, and add-ons with the GravityExtra updater also update from your WordPress dashboard.
How do renewals work?
Plans are billed once a year and renew automatically, so updates and support continue without a gap. You can cancel any time from your My Account page. Without a renewal, updates and support stop at the end of your paid year.
I already own one of these add-ons. What happens to it?
Nothing changes: your existing licence keeps working. Contact us if you have questions about moving to the Home Services Suite or an All-Access pass.
What is your refund policy?
If an add-on has an error caused by the add-on itself within 30 days of purchase, we refund you in full. Refunds do not cover problems caused by third-party plugins, themes or custom code. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.
Do I need Gravity Forms?
Yes. The add-ons add features to Gravity Forms, which is licensed separately. Several add-ons need Gravity Forms 2.9 or later and PHP 7.4 or later.
