How to Accept Lemon Squeezy Payments in Gravity Forms (SaaS & Digital Checkout Guide)

Selling digital goods, software licenses, or recurring SaaS memberships online often brings heavy administrative burdens: global sales tax calculation, EU VAT compliance, and multi-currency exchange fees. Lemon Squeezy eliminates this friction by serving as your Merchant of Record (MoR).

In this guide, discover how to accept Lemon Squeezy payments directly in Gravity Forms without paying recurring monthly subscription fees to middleware like Zapier.

Why Integrate Gravity Forms Directly with Lemon Squeezy?

While traditional eCommerce plugins like WooCommerce add extensive overhead to simple forms, a direct Gravity Forms integration provides significant benefits:

• 100% Tax & VAT Compliance: Lemon Squeezy handles global tax liability, leaving you free to focus entirely on product creation.
• Zero Middleware Costs: Zapier charges monthly per task. Direct integration processes unlimited orders with no extra middleman bills.
• SaaS & License Support: Sell recurring subscription plans or automatically generate software license keys upon checkout completion.
• Instant Webhook Fulfillment: Confirm orders and unlock downloads in real time using authenticated webhooks.
