How to Connect Gravity Forms to Actionstep for Automated Legal Intake

Law firms utilizing Actionstep rely on its comprehensive workflow engine to manage complex matters, track compliance steps, and maintain billing. But when client intake forms require manual entry by paralegals, matter opening delays slow down client service.

By integrating Gravity Forms with Actionstep, your firm can automate matter opening, trigger workflow steps instantly, and synchronize documents directly—with zero Zapier fees.

Key Benefits of Direct Actionstep Integration

• Direct Workflow Progression: Automatically position new matters in the correct starting step (e.g. Conflict Check or Retainer Sent).
• Client Document Vaulting: Client IDs, contracts, and case briefs attach directly to the Actionstep matter folder.
• Zero Monthly Middleware Fees: Unlimited client onboarding without recurring third-party costs.
