How to Connect Gravity Forms to Breeze (Automate Project Tasks & Kanban Boards Without Zapier)

Breeze is renowned for its clean, intuitive project management boards that help teams get work done without overwhelming complexity. But manually copying client requests, creative briefs, or bug reports from WordPress into Breeze kanban boards wastes time and introduces human error.

In this guide, learn how to connect Gravity Forms to Breeze directly from WordPress, automating task creation without Zapier.

Why Automate Breeze Task Creation?

Eliminate data entry bottlenecks and accelerate project kickoffs:

• Zero Turnaround Delay: Submissions become actionable cards on your project board the second the form is submitted.
• Centralized Attachments: Client files, logos, and specifications attach directly to the card.
• No Middleware Subscriptions: Avoid monthly Zapier invoices with a direct, lightweight WordPress integration.
• Accurate Metadata: Deadlines, client names, and task details populate accurately every time.
