How to Send Transactional Emails from Gravity Forms with Resend (Sub-Second Delivery Guide)

Nothing damages user trust faster than delayed or lost confirmation emails when submitting a WordPress contact form, booking request, or lead inquiry. Traditional server-based emails sent via PHP `mail()` or shared SMTP often get throttled or flagged as spam by Gmail and Outlook.

In this guide, discover how to send transactional emails from Gravity Forms with Resend directly from WordPress without paying monthly subscription fees to Zapier.

Why Choose Resend for Form Transactional Emails?

Resend represents the state-of-the-art in email delivery infrastructure:

• Sub-Second Delivery: Emails dispatch via direct REST API in milliseconds, far outpacing slow SMTP handshakes.
• Industry-Leading Inbox Rates: Built-in DKIM, SPF, and DMARC enforcement ensures emails land squarely in the inbox.
• Zero Middleware Subscriptions: Zapier bills you per task. Direct integration delivers unlimited notifications with zero middleman costs.
• Modern Developer Analytics: Monitor open rates, delivery statuses, and bounced addresses in a sleek dashboard.
