For charities, associations, fundraising teams and the agencies that build their sites

Fundraising and supporter forms for nonprofits, built on Gravity Forms

Donation and sign-up forms that send supporters to Bloomerang, NeonCRM, Virtuous, Givebutter or Engaging Networks, let donors cover the card fee, record consent and take event registrations on your own website. Get all 12 add-ons with the Nonprofit Suite, or with an All-Access pass.

From first gift to supporter record

Each step is a Gravity Forms add-on you configure in wp-admin. Use the steps your organisation needs.

  1. 1

    Give or sign up

Your Gravity Forms donation or sign-up form. Donors can choose to cover the card fee, and each entry records which campaign, channel and page the supporter came from.

Processing Fee Recovery · Lead Source & UTM Attribution

  2. 2

    Confirm and record consent

The person confirms their email address through a link, and the exact wording they agreed to is stored with the time and page.

    Double Opt-In · Consent Records

  3. 3

    Into your donor database

Each entry finds or creates the supporter in Bloomerang, NeonCRM, Virtuous or Givebutter. Bloomerang and NeonCRM can also record the gift. Double Opt-In can hold the feed until the email is confirmed.

    Bloomerang · NeonCRM · Virtuous · Givebutter

  4. 4

    Advocacy and newsletter

Add the supporter to Engaging Networks, or process a petition, survey or email-to-target page. Subscribe them to your beehiiv newsletter with tags and lists.

    Engaging Networks · Beehiiv

  5. 5

    Events

Visitors pick an event from The Events Calendar, with seat limits, waiting lists and deadlines. NeonCRM can register them for a NeonCRM event too.

    Event Registration · NeonCRM

  6. 6

    Letters and signatures

A branded PDF, such as a gift acknowledgement letter or a volunteer waiver, is created from the entry and can be sent for signature with DocuSign or Dropbox Sign. The signed copy comes back to the entry.

Only need one add-on?

Every add-on is also sold on its own, with its own plan and licence key. Pick the one you need on its page.

What's included

12 GravityExtra add-ons for Gravity Forms, all included in the Nonprofit Suite and in the All-Access pass. Each one also has its own page with setup details.

Donor database

Bloomerang

Finds the constituent by email or creates one (individual or organization, with address and custom fields) and records the donation with fund, campaign, appeal, payment method and date. The gift is recorded in Bloomerang, not charged: your payment add-on takes the money. Uses your own Bloomerang API key.

See the Bloomerang add-on →
Donor database

NeonCRM

Each entry can create a NeonCRM account (reusing an existing one with the same email when you tick the option), register the person for a NeonCRM event with tickets, or record a donation with campaign and fund. Uses your own NeonCRM organization ID and API key.

See the NeonCRM add-on →
Donor database

Virtuous

Sends supporters to Virtuous as contacts (household, organization or foundation) with email, phone, address, tags, email lists, custom fields and your consent field. Virtuous matches or creates the contact when it processes the import, so new contacts appear after that processing, not instantly. Gifts are not sent.

See the Virtuous add-on →
Donor database

Givebutter

Adds supporters, volunteers and sign-ups to Givebutter as contacts with tags, address, notes, custom fields and email and SMS consent. Finds an existing contact by email instead of creating a duplicate. Failed submissions are emailed to a backup address and can be sent again from the entry.

See the Givebutter add-on →
Advocacy

Engaging Networks

Adds or updates a supporter, matched by email, with opt-in questions. Or processes a live petition, data capture, survey or email-to-target page with the entry, so the action counts on the page. A test mode sends page submissions as demo. Donation pages are not offered: payments stay on Engaging Networks.

See the Engaging Networks add-on →
Giving

Processing Fee Recovery

Lets donors cover the card fee: an optional "I'll cover the fee" checkbox or a fixed fee line, as a percentage and/or fixed amount, with a live subtotal, fee and total. Includes a monthly report of recovered fees with CSV download. Works with a payment add-on that charges the form total.

See the Processing Fee Recovery add-on →
Events

Event Registration

Registration for events of The Events Calendar: an event list in your form or a form on each event page, seat limits, waiting lists, registration deadlines and event merge tags. Needs The Events Calendar plugin.

See the Event Registration add-on →
Data quality

Double Opt-In

Entries wait until the person confirms their email address through a link. Notifications and add-on feeds run after the confirmation, with a reminder and automatic clean-up of unconfirmed entries.

See the Double Opt-In add-on →
Privacy

Consent Records

Keeps proof of every consent: the exact text shown, time and page, with a withdrawal link and WordPress personal-data export and erase.

See the Consent Records add-on →
Documents and signatures

PDF & E-Signature

Turns entries into branded PDFs, such as gift acknowledgement letters or volunteer waivers, attaches them to notifications and sends them for signature with DocuSign or Dropbox Sign. The signed copy comes back to the entry.

See the PDF & E-Signature add-on →
Campaign tracking

Lead Source & UTM Attribution

Records where each supporter came from on the entry: UTM tags, ad click IDs, referrer, landing page and channel, first and latest touch. A report shows leads per channel, source or campaign for any period.

See the Lead Source & UTM Attribution add-on →
Newsletter

Beehiiv

Adds subscribers to your beehiiv newsletter with custom fields, tags, UTM data, newsletter lists and automations, with double opt-in set per publication.

Your data

Your forms and entries stay on your own website

The add-ons run inside your own WordPress site. Form entries are stored in your own database and are sent only to the services you connect yourself. Which rules apply to your organisation, and whether your setup meets them, is your responsibility.

  • No entries pass through GravityExtra. Licence and update checks send your licence key, your site address and version details, never form entries.
  • Direct connections. Bloomerang, NeonCRM, Virtuous, Givebutter, Engaging Networks, beehiiv, DocuSign and Dropbox Sign are called from your site with your own account and API key. Each of them receives the data you send it, such as a supporter’s name, email and address.
  • Gifts are recorded, not charged. The CRM add-ons record a gift in Bloomerang or NeonCRM. The money itself is taken by the payment add-on or gateway you use on the form. Fee Recovery adds the fee to the form total that your payment add-on charges.
  • Proof of consent. Consent Records keeps the exact wording each person agreed to and lets you store the IP address in full, shortened or not at all. Double Opt-In records when the email was confirmed.
  • Campaign tracking without a third-party service. Lead Source & UTM Attribution uses a first-party cookie, stores no IP address, and has an optional consent mode that sets the cookie only after consent.
  • Your responsibility. GravityExtra does not certify your website, hosting or connected services against any privacy, payment-card or fundraising regulation. You stay responsible for your own compliance, receipting and policies, so check what applies to you with your own adviser.

7 ready-made forms, included

Import a form, check the wording, switch on the connections you use. Every Nonprofit Suite plan includes the template pack as a download in My Account, at no extra cost.

Questions

Which donor databases and fundraising platforms are supported?
Bloomerang, NeonCRM, Virtuous, Givebutter and Engaging Networks. Bloomerang and NeonCRM can record a donation as well as the supporter. Virtuous and Givebutter receive the supporter as a contact. Engaging Networks receives a supporter or the submission of a petition, data capture, survey or email-to-target page.
Do the add-ons take donations or charge cards?
No. The Nonprofit Suite does not include a payment gateway. Your form takes the payment with the Gravity Forms payment add-on of your choice. Processing Fee Recovery adds the fee to the form total that the payment add-on charges. The CRM add-ons record the gift in Bloomerang or NeonCRM.
What do I need from the other services?
An API key from your own account at each service you connect: Bloomerang (v2 API key), NeonCRM (organization ID and API key), Virtuous, Givebutter, Engaging Networks (an API user that allows your website's IP address) and beehiiv (workspace API key). E-signature needs your own DocuSign or Dropbox Sign account. Event Registration needs the free The Events Calendar plugin. Which API features your plan includes is set by each service.
Nonprofit Suite or All-Access: which should I choose?
The Nonprofit Suite includes the 12 add-ons on this page and costs less: 1 site, 5 sites or 10 sites. The All-Access pass includes the same 12 plus every other GravityExtra Gravity Forms add-on, new add-ons as they launch, the GravityExtra Hub and the All-Access Library, on 10 sites or unlimited sites. One site is one WordPress website (domain).
How do I install the Nonprofit Suite add-ons?
After your purchase, the 12 add-ons are in My Account under Downloads, and your licence key is under License Keys. Upload the add-ons you need to WordPress and enter the same key in each add-on that asks for one. While your plan is active, new versions are in My Account under Downloads, and add-ons with the GravityExtra updater also update from your WordPress dashboard.
Does the Nonprofit Suite make my fundraising compliant?
No. The add-ons are tools for your Gravity Forms forms. They run on your own WordPress site and your entries are stored in your own database, but GravityExtra does not certify the add-ons, your hosting or the services you connect against any privacy, payment-card, receipting or fundraising rule. Card-fee rules in particular differ by provider, country and state. You are responsible for your own compliance and policies. Ask your own adviser what applies to your organisation.
How do renewals work?
Plans are billed once a year and renew automatically, so updates and support continue without a gap. You can cancel any time from your My Account page. Without a renewal, updates and support stop at the end of your paid year.
I already own one of these add-ons. What happens to it?
Nothing changes: your existing licence keeps working. Contact us if you have questions about moving to the Nonprofit Suite or an All-Access pass.
What is your refund policy?
If an add-on has an error caused by the add-on itself within 30 days of purchase, we refund you in full. Refunds do not cover problems caused by third-party plugins, themes or custom code. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.
Do I need Gravity Forms?
Yes. The add-ons add features to Gravity Forms, which is licensed separately. The newer add-ons need Gravity Forms 2.9 or later and PHP 7.4 or later.
