Your store, your data

Customers, orders and balances stay in your own store

The add-ons run inside your own WordPress site and keep their records in your own database. They need WordPress 6.5, PHP 7.4 and WooCommerce 8.5 or later (Pre-Sale Questions needs WooCommerce 8.9 or later), and they are compatible with HPOS and the Cart and Checkout blocks.

  • No customer or order data goes to GravityExtra. Licence and update checks send only your licence key, your site address and your WordPress and PHP versions.
  • No other outside services. The add-ons do not call third-party services from your server. Calendar, map and share links open in the visitor’s own browser.
  • Your payment gateways. Card payments, refunds and renewals go through the WooCommerce payment gateways you already use. Automatic renewals need a gateway that saves cards; every other method gets a pay link.
  • Balances that add up. Wallet and gift card balances change with single conditional database updates, so two checkouts cannot spend the same money.
  • Private uploads. Return photos and Option Sets file uploads are stored under random names in a folder with deny rules and are downloaded through checked links.
  • No Gravity Forms needed. These are WooCommerce add-ons. They are not part of the GravityExtra All-Access pass, which covers the Gravity Forms add-ons.

Questions

Do I need all 13 add-ons?
No. Install only the add-ons your store needs and add the others later with the same key. A suite key unlocks these 13 add-ons and nothing else.
Is the Store Suite part of the All-Access pass?
No. The All-Access pass covers the Gravity Forms add-ons and does not include these WooCommerce add-ons. The Store Suite is the one-key way to get all 13 of them.
How do I install the Store Suite add-ons?
After your purchase, the 13 add-ons are in My Account under Downloads, and your licence key is under License Keys. Upload the add-ons you need to WordPress, then enter the same key on the License tab of each add-on. Activating several add-ons on the same site uses one site of your plan.
What do I need to run them?
WordPress 6.5 or later, PHP 7.4 or later and WooCommerce 8.5 or later (8.9 or later for Pre-Sale Questions). Gravity Forms is not needed. For automatic renewals with Recurring Payments you need a payment gateway that supports saved cards.
How do renewals work?
Plans are billed once a year and renew automatically, so updates and support continue without a gap. You can cancel any time from your My Account page. Without a renewal, updates and support stop at the end of your paid year.
I already own one of these add-ons. What happens to it?
Nothing changes: your existing licence keeps working. Contact us if you have questions about moving to the Store Suite.
What is your refund policy?
If an add-on has an error caused by the add-on itself within 30 days of purchase, we refund you in full. Refunds do not cover problems caused by third-party plugins, themes or custom code. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.
Do these add-ons work together?
Each add-on works on its own and they run side by side on the same store. The one built-in link: Returns & Exchanges (RMA) can pay store credit into the Customer Wallet when both are active, and otherwise creates a single-use coupon.
