    You get one licence key for the whole suite. It works for every add-on in the list below. You do not need a key for each add-on.

    The GravityExtra Hub

    The free Hub plugin lists the add-ons your key covers inside wp-admin. Paste your key once on each site, then install and update add-ons from the same screen.

    The Suite Library

    Prefer to upload a zip? Sign in to My Account, open the Suite Library and download the current version of any add-on in your suite.

    Your sites

    One site is one WordPress domain, and it counts once however many add-ons it uses. Free a site any time by deactivating the key on it, then use it on another.

The suite gives you the add-ons, not Gravity Forms itself. You also need your own account with each service you connect.

Questions

Which add-ons are included?
All 98 add-ons listed above, for Gravity Forms. New GravityExtra add-ons that fit the Workflow & Data category are added to your suite at no extra cost when we launch them. Add-ons for other categories, and for other platforms such as Elementor, Divi or WooCommerce, are not part of this suite.
How are sites counted?
One site is one WordPress website (domain). Using several add-ons on the same site counts as one site. The 1 Site plan covers 1 site, the 10 Sites plan covers up to 10, and the Unlimited plan has no limit. You can free a site at any time by deactivating the key on it.
How do renewals work?
Plans renew automatically once a year at the standard rate, so your updates and support continue without a gap. You can cancel any time from your My Account page, or contact support before the renewal date.
What happens if I do not renew?
The add-ons you have already installed keep working. Updates and new downloads stop when your paid year ends: you cannot get new versions of the suite add-ons through the Hub, the Suite Library or a direct download link until you renew. Renew and new versions are available again right away.
What is your refund policy?
If an add-on has an error caused by the add-on itself within 30 days of purchase, we refund you in full. Refunds do not cover problems caused by third-party plugins, themes or custom code. Refund requests go through our ticketing system. If we refund the suite, the key stops working for all of its add-ons. Full details are in our terms and conditions.
Will new add-ons be included?
Yes, when they fit the Workflow & Data category. We add them to the suite when they launch, and they show up in the Hub and the Suite Library. Add-ons from other categories are not included.
I already own some of these add-ons. What happens to them?
Nothing changes: your existing licences keep working as they are. The suite comes with its own key that you can start using on any site when you are ready. Contact us if you would like help moving your sites over.
Do I need Gravity Forms?
Yes. These are add-ons for Gravity Forms and need an active Gravity Forms licence from Gravity Forms itself. You also need your own account with each service you connect.
