Elementor
+ Register & Login Actions

Adds User Registration, Log In and Lost Password actions to the Elementor Pro Form widget. Map any form field to the new account and to user meta, give a safe role (administrator and roles that can manage the site or other users are refused on the server), log new users in, ask them to confirm their e-mail address, and set password rules. The login action supports e-mail or username, remember me and redirects, shows one message for unknown users and wrong passwords, and limits failed logins per visitor and username. Passwords are removed before Elementor stores the submission or runs the other actions, so they never reach Submissions, e-mails or webhooks.

Core Features

User Registration action for the Elementor Pro Form widget: map e-mail, username, password, confirmation, first and last name, website and any user meta
Safe roles only: administrator and roles that can manage the site or other users are never offered and are refused on the server
Let visitors choose their account type from roles you allow; other values are refused
Password rules: minimum length, letters and numbers, confirmation field, not the same as the username or e-mail
Log new users in at once, redirect to a welcome page, or ask them to confirm their e-mail address with a one-time link
E-mail already registered: show a message, or show success and e-mail the owner so the form never reveals registered addresses
Log In action: e-mail or username, remember me, redirect, one message for unknown users and wrong passwords
Failed-login limits per visitor and username and per visitor, counted atomically before the password is checked
Lost Password action: WordPress sends its own reset e-mail; the same answer whether or not the account exists
Passwords never reach Submissions, notification e-mails, webhooks or logs
Form token and same-site check on every submission; redirects only to your site or hosts you allow
Forms and Log tabs, developer hooks for membership plugins, works next to the form's other actions

What does it do?

The Elementor Pro Form widget can e-mail you, store submissions and call webhooks, but it cannot create a WordPress user, log a visitor in or send a password reset link. The Elementor Register & Login Actions add-on adds those three actions to the Form widget you already use, so your sign-up and login forms keep your styling, multi-step layout, conditional fields and every other action after submit.

Choose User Registration, Log In or Lost Password under Actions After Submit and tell the action which field holds the e-mail address, the password and the other details. New users get the role you pick, and the add-on checks on the server that it is safe for a public form: administrator and any role that can manage the site or other users are refused, whatever was saved in the editor.

Passwords are taken out of the submission before Elementor stores it or runs the other actions, so they never reach Submissions, notification e-mails or webhooks. Login errors are the same for unknown users and wrong passwords, failed logins are limited per visitor and username with an atomic counter, and every form carries its own token. For Elementor with Elementor Pro.

How does it work?

Elementor Pro checks the fields of a submitted form and then runs the actions after submit. Just before those actions run, the add-on takes the password fields out of the submission, checks the license, the form token and that the request comes from your site, and does the account work with the standard WordPress functions: it creates the user, logs the visitor in or asks WordPress to send the reset e-mail. If that fails, for example because the role is not safe or the password is too short, Elementor answers with the error straight away and the other actions do not run. The add-on makes no outside connection of its own beyond the license and update checks.

How do I enable this?

1
Install and activate the add-on, then activate your license key on Settings → Register & Login → Settings.
2
Edit a page with Elementor, add a Form widget with an e-mail and a password field, and give the fields readable IDs.
3
Under Actions After Submit add User Registration, Log In or Lost Password and map the fields in the new section.
4
Pick the role, password rules and redirect, publish the page and try the form in a private window.
