Grow your Circle.so community straight from your forms. The Gravity Forms Circle Premium Add-on invites or adds a member to your own Circle community when a form is submitted, matched by email address, and can add that member to one or more of your spaces. Everything runs through your own Circle API token, so your community stays in your account and nothing passes through GravityExtra.

Choose per feed whether the add-on sends an invitation email asking the person to join, or adds the member straight away with no email. Map the email and the first and last name, fill any member profile fields you use by key, and tick the spaces each new member should land in. Several feeds per form, each with its own spaces and conditional logic, let a single form send different people to different parts of your community.

Your API token is encrypted before it is stored on your site, it is never shown again and never written to an entry or a log, and the add-on only ever contacts the Circle API host. A call that fails never blocks the submission: the entry is still saved as a Gravity Forms entry and a note on the entry explains exactly what happened.

The add-on sends the submitted email and name to Circle's member endpoint with your API token, choosing an invitation email or a direct add from the feed, then adds the member to each ticked space by email. It reads the answer, writes a note with the masked email on the entry, and never retries silently. The API token is encrypted at rest and the host is locked, so nothing is sent anywhere except Circle.
