Connect your Gravity Forms to your own Flodesk account. The Gravity Forms Flodesk Premium Add-on creates or updates a subscriber in Flodesk whenever a form is submitted, matching the person by email so there are no duplicates, and can add that subscriber to one or more Flodesk segments.

Map the email, the first and last name and any Flodesk custom fields by key, set the subscriber status, and use conditional logic so a feed only runs when you want it to. Build several feeds on one form to send different people to different segments. Everything runs through your own Flodesk API key, and nothing passes through GravityExtra.

Your API key is encrypted before it is stored on your site, it is never shown again and never written to an entry or a log, and the add-on only ever contacts the Flodesk API host. A Flodesk call that fails never blocks the submission: the entry is still saved and a note on the entry records exactly what happened, so you never lose a lead to a hiccup at the API.

On submit, the add-on sends the mapped email, name and custom fields to the Flodesk subscribers endpoint with your API key over HTTP Basic authentication, creating the subscriber or updating the existing one. When the subscriber is saved and you chose segments, it makes a second call to add the subscriber to those segments. The API key is encrypted at rest and the Flodesk host is the only host the add-on ever contacts, so nothing is sent anywhere else. A failed call is turned into an entry note and never blocks the submission.
