Deliver your Gravity Forms notifications through the Gmail API instead of the default WordPress mailer. The Gravity Forms Gmail Premium Add-on sends the notifications you choose from a real Gmail or Google Workspace mailbox using users.messages.send, so form emails are authenticated by Google and far less likely to land in spam or be dropped by your host.

The add-on uses your own Google Cloud OAuth app: you create an OAuth client, grant the Gmail "send" permission once, and the add-on stores and automatically refreshes the resulting token. There is no GravityExtra-held account and no per-message fee. Your refresh token and client secret are encrypted before they are stored on your site.

Route every notification through Gmail, or choose exactly which notifications go through Gmail and leave the rest on the normal mailer. A built-in test send confirms the connection, each entry can keep a note of the Gmail result, and if Gmail cannot send the add-on falls back to the normal WordPress mailer so a notification is never silently lost.

When Gravity Forms is about to send a notification, the add-on checks whether that notification is routed through Gmail. If it is, the add-on builds the message as a standards-compliant RFC 2822 message, base64url-encodes it, and posts it to the Gmail API users.messages.send endpoint with a short-lived access token refreshed from your stored refresh token. The normal send is then skipped. The refresh token and client secret are encrypted at rest and the request hosts are locked, so nothing is sent anywhere except the Google token and Gmail API hosts.
