Posting holiday cards, welcome packs or donor letters? Printing name badges the night before an event? The Gravity Forms Mailing Labels add-on prints your form entries straight onto standard label sheets as a ready-to-print PDF — no export, no spreadsheet clean-up, no mail merge.

Pick the sheet from your box: the common US Letter sizes (5160, 5161, 5162, 5163, 5164, 5167, 5371 business cards, 5395 and 74459 name badges), the A4 sizes (L7160, L7161, L7162, L7163, L7173, L7651) or a custom sheet in inches or millimetres. Start at any label to use up a partly used sheet. Lay out each label with merge tags: empty lines such as a missing company or second address line are removed automatically and stray commas are tidied, and long addresses shrink to fit their label.

Choose the entries by date range, status, a search across all fields and field conditions, sort by any field, or tick entries on the Entries screen and pick Print labels in Bulk actions. Switch to badge mode for a large centred name with the organisation and role underneath, add your logo, print an alignment test page with numbered outlines, download a CSV of the same rows and save everything as a preset per form. Everything runs on your own server with a bundled PDF library: no outside connection. For Gravity Forms 2.9 and newer.

The add-on reads the entries you choose through the Gravity Forms API, with your filters, sort order and a safety limit per run. For each entry it fills in the merge tags of your layout, removes the lines that come out empty and tidies separators, then places the label in the exact grid of the chosen sheet: the published sizes of each label product, or your custom measurements, plus an optional offset. Text is fitted inside each label minus an inner margin; with shrink to fit, a label with long lines gets smaller text down to your minimum while the others keep the chosen size. The PDF is drawn with a bundled PDF library and sent straight to your browser; the CSV contains the same lines. A ticked selection from the Entries screen is kept for two hours for your user only. Presets are stored per form. Everything happens on your own server — the add-on makes no outside HTTP request beyond the licence and update checks.
