Turn every form submission into a digital wallet pass. The Gravity Forms PassKit Premium Add-on takes each submission and, through the PassKit API, enrols a member under the membership program and tier you choose, mapping the pass holder and any custom pass fields from your form fields — a membership number, a tier label, an order id. The moment the form is submitted, a ready-to-install Apple Wallet and Google Wallet pass is created and its install URL is kept with the entry, so a sign-up, a purchase or a loyalty join hands the customer their pass right away.

It is built for anyone who issues membership cards, loyalty cards, event tickets or coupons and runs them in PassKit: gyms and clubs, loyalty programmes, event organisers, membership sites. Decide per feed which program and tier to use and which fields become the pass holder and pass fields. The pass install URL is available as the {passkit_pass_url} merge tag for your notifications — so the customer gets a link to add the pass to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet by email straight away.

You connect it with your own PassKit account, using an API key and secret from your PassKit credentials. On your server the add-on signs a short-lived token with your secret to authenticate; the key and secret are encrypted before they are stored on your site, they are never shown again and never written to an entry or a log. The add-on only ever contacts the PassKit API. A Test connection button on the settings page confirms your credentials by reading your programs, without creating anything, and the design is safe to retry: a pass is created once per entry, even if a submission is resent. For Apple Wallet passes you need your own Apple Developer account to supply your Pass Type ID certificate to PassKit (a one-time setup you do in PassKit); Google Wallet is handled by PassKit, so no Google account setup is required. A PassKit account on a paid plan and a membership program are required.

When a form is submitted and the feed condition is met, the add-on resolves the program and tier (the feed's values, or the defaults from the settings), builds the pass holder from the fields you mapped, and posts one request to enrol a member under that program, with the person details and any custom pass fields, to the PassKit API. It authenticates with a short-lived token signed on your server with your API secret, sent in the Authorization header; your secret never travels in a request and your key travels only inside the signed token, never in the URL or the body. The host is fixed to the PassKit data centre, a redirect is never followed, and the pass install URL PassKit returns is stored on the entry to back the {passkit_pass_url} merge tag. A clear note records the result, and the action runs once per entry so a retry never creates a second pass. For Apple Wallet the pass uses the Apple Developer Pass Type ID certificate you supplied to PassKit; Google Wallet is handled by PassKit.
