What does it do?

Take payments with your Gravity Forms through Paymob in Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman and Pakistan. The Gravity Forms Paymob Premium Add-on creates a Paymob payment for the exact form total and sends the customer to the secure Paymob checkout page, where they pay with a card, a mobile wallet, a kiosk payment or another method of your account. Card and wallet details never touch your website. Callbacks are accepted only with a valid HMAC signature, and before an entry changes the add-on retrieves the transaction from Paymob and checks the reference, amount, currency and result.

Refund all or part of a payment from the entry screen, see pending kiosk payments and declined cards on the entry, and test in Paymob test mode before you switch to live. Keys are stored encrypted, and form notifications can wait until the customer has paid.

How does it work?

When a form is submitted, the add-on creates a Paymob payment on your server for the total Gravity Forms calculated, in minor units, and sends the customer to the Paymob checkout page of your region. Paymob reports the result with a signed callback; the add-on checks the HMAC, retrieves the transaction from Paymob and checks the reference, amount, currency and result before the entry changes. Refunds use the Paymob refund API and are booked when Paymob confirms them.
