Blinds, curtains, signs, glass, fabric, doors and fencing are priced from a size grid, not from a formula: a 61 cm blind costs the same as a 90 cm one because it is cut from the same roll. The Gravity Forms Price Lookup Tables add-on lets your order form read the grid you already use.

Add one or more lookup tables to any form under Settings → Price Lookup: a 2D grid (widths across, heights down) or a 1D list of sizes. Type the prices in the grid editor or import a CSV straight from your spreadsheet (comma, semicolon or tab). Map a form field to each axis and choose its rounding rule: round up to the next size, nearest size or exact size only, and whether a size below the smallest uses the smallest price or is out of range. Axes can also be words, such as Oak or Dibond, matched to a drop-down.

The price appears live as the customer types, with a note such as Priced as 90 × 150 cm, and goes into a Number field for a Calculation product (add surcharges, multiply by quantity) or into a Product with a User Defined Price. Sizes outside the grid, empty cells and wrong values show your own message and clear the price. When the form is submitted the server looks the price up again and replaces whatever the browser sent, so the entry, the total and any payment use the real price. Every lookup is saved on the entry: a Price lookup box on the entry screen, {lookup:name}, {lookup:name:size} and {lookup:name:input} merge tags for notifications, and price and summary columns in the entries list and the CSV export. Works with multi-page and AJAX forms and conditional logic. Everything runs on your own server: no outside connection. For Gravity Forms 2.9 and newer.

Each table is saved with its form. When the form is shown, the table’s sizes and prices are sent with it, and a small script finds the column for the first field and the row for the second, using the rounding rule of each axis, and writes the price into the price field, which is read-only. When the form is submitted, the add-on reads the sizes that were sent, looks every table up again on your server and writes the prices into the price fields before Gravity Forms validates, calculates and saves the entry, so the browser’s value is never used. A size that cannot be priced stops the submission with the message on the field that is out of range. The sizes entered, the sizes priced and the prices are stored on the entry. Everything happens on your own server — the add-on makes no outside HTTP request beyond the licence and update checks.
