Get a push notification on your phone or desktop the moment a form is submitted. The Gravity Forms Pushover Premium Add-on takes each submission and, through the Pushover Message API, sends a notification to your Pushover user or delivery group: a title and a message built from your form fields, with an optional priority, sound, device and link.

It is built for the moments where a quiet e-mail is not enough: a new sales enquiry, an urgent support request, a booking, an order, or any form your team needs to act on fast. Map the title and message from the fields, pick a priority (up to emergency, which repeats until it is acknowledged), choose a sound, point it at a specific device if you like, and add a link straight to the entry or a page on your site.

You connect it with your own Pushover application API token and your user or group key. Both are encrypted before they are stored on your site, they are never shown again and never written to an entry or a log, and the add-on only ever contacts the Pushover Message API. A Send test button on the settings page sends a test notification to your device so you know it is wired up, and each entry keeps the Pushover request id for your records. A resend is safe: a notification is sent once per entry and a retry never sends it again.

When a form is submitted and the feed condition is met, the add-on builds a Pushover message from the feed: the title and the message with your form fields merged in, the priority, the sound, the device, and an optional link. It then sends one request to the Pushover Message API with your application token and your user or group key in the request body. The host is fixed to api.pushover.net, a redirect is never followed, and the credentials never travel in the URL. The Pushover request id is saved on the entry, a clear note records what happened, and a notification is sent once per entry so a retry never sends it again.
