Conferences, training days and meetups want quick ratings for every session and a report each speaker can read. The Gravity Forms Conference Session Feedback add-on turns one Gravity Forms form into the feedback form of every session and gives organisers a dashboard under Forms → Session Feedback.

Keep a session list with title, speakers, room and time, added by hand or imported from your programme CSV. Every session gets its own QR code and short link and an A4 poster PDF: attendees scan it and the form opens with the session already chosen and a “You are rating” card. Up to four rating questions on a scale from 1–3 to 1–10, shown as large buttons on phones, and an optional comment.

On submit the server checks the session, the ratings and the optional feedback window, and allows one response per attendee per session by browser, e-mail address or both, under a unique database key. Organisers see sessions ranked by average and a report per session with averages, distribution and comments, as a page and a PDF. Every speaker gets a private signed link to a report of only their own sessions, shown from a minimum number of responses, and can receive it by e-mail. A low-rating notification, {session:title} and {session:rating} merge tags, entry columns and CSV export complete it. Everything runs on your own server: no outside connection. For Gravity Forms 2.9 and newer.

The sessions and the responses are stored in two tables in your WordPress database. Each session's QR code holds a short link that opens your feedback page with the session chosen. When an attendee sends feedback, the add-on checks on your server that the session belongs to the form and is shown, that each rating is a whole number on your scale and that the feedback window is open, then saves the response under a unique key per session and attendee, so a second response is refused even when two arrive at the same moment. Reports are calculated from the counted responses; spam and trashed entries are left out. Speaker links carry a signature made with a secret key of your site, so a changed link is refused. The QR codes and PDFs are made on your own server — the add-on makes no outside HTTP request beyond the licence and update checks.
