What does it do?

Take card payments with your Gravity Forms through your own Worldpay account. The Gravity Forms WorldPay Premium Add-on creates an Access Worldpay hosted payment page for the exact form total and sends the customer there. The card is entered on the Worldpay page, never on your website. When the customer comes back, the entry is marked paid and your confirmation is shown.

Connect with the API username, password and merchant entity Worldpay issued for your account: the Try credentials for tests and the Live credentials for real payments, both checked when you save and stored encrypted. Payment events are checked by their signature or by Worldpay's published event addresses, and a status check every five minutes catches anything an event missed.

Refund all or part of a payment from the entry screen once Worldpay has sent it for settlement, with one-time requests so nothing is sent twice. Amounts are worked out on the server in Worldpay's minor units, and a payment that does not match the form total is never marked as paid.

How does it work?

When a form is submitted, the add-on creates a hosted payment page with Access Worldpay (POST /payment_pages) for the total Gravity Forms calculated on the server, in minor units, with a unique transaction reference, your merchant entity and signed result pages, and sends the customer to it. When the customer returns, a payment event arrives or the status check runs, the add-on looks the payment up in the Payment Queries API and updates the entry once, after checking the amount and currency. Refunds use the payment's partial refund action. Credentials are sent with Basic authentication, stored encrypted and only Worldpay's API hosts are contacted.
