What does it do?

CONNECT BIGCOMMERCE WITH MEMBERPRESS

When a MemberPress membership payment completes, the add-on creates a customer in your BigCommerce store with the member’s email, name and the membership details in the customer notes. If a customer with the same email already exists, it is not created again.

Put new customers in a default customer group or a different group for each membership, and map member fields to the BigCommerce phone and company fields. Every send is recorded in an activity log.

How does it work?

Install and activate the add-on, then open MemberPress → BigCommerce and activate your licence key. In BigCommerce, create a store-level API account with Customers: modify and Information & settings: read-only. Enter the store hash and access token on the API Credentials tab and click Test Connection.

On the Memberships tab, turn sending on, click Fetch to load your customer groups, pick a default group or a group per membership, map any extra fields and save.

How do I enable this?

Install and activate the add-on plugin

Open MemberPress → BigCommerce and activate your licence key

Enter your store hash and API access token, then click Test Connection

On the Memberships tab, fetch your customer groups, choose memberships, map fields and save
